Do the clothes that one has worn during the state of janabah become impure, too?
What if a person is forced to wear the same clothes after taking ghusl?
Would he become impure again?
According to the fiqh books, the body, clothes and the place where we worship should be clean. The impurities that affect the body do not automatically affect the clothes or the place you are to pray on and vice versa is also true.[1]
If I am wearing a pair of jeans and a t-shirt when I am in a state of janabah, it will not affect the clothes I am wearing, be it the pair of jeans or the t-shirt. Or if urine droplets fall on my pants, my t-shirt will still be clean. I just need clean pants, no need to change the t-shirt and no need for ghusl.
