Is there any basis, either authentic or inauthentic for the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah after salaah as dhikr?

This is a clear bid'ah because there is no evidence for that. That was not the practice of our Prophet (ﷺ) or the Sahabas. Therefore this action has no basis.
