Where can the Muslims living in Non Muslim lands migrate (make hijrah) to?
People normally assume that hijra means Makkah. We have to understand and look at the hijra during the time of the Prophet (ﷺ), the hijra from Makkah to Medina. Was that out of Arabia? No, the most fundamental hijra was right within Arabia itself; the hijra to Ethiopia was the first one, which was not the obligatory one, that was when they had no other choice, but when they had a choice, then the hijra became an obligation. Muslims went to Medina, some 100km in the North, Arabia still being a land of disbelief. It was dar-ul-harb.
Hence, hijra doesn't necessarily mean leaving the UK. It means establishing first and foremost, where you have a Muslim town. Now you need to think about a Muslim town. Yes, people could say, we have one already, but Bradford is not a place of hijra. It is by default. Muslims gathered there by default, this was not deliberate where they chose to migrate for the sake of Allah.
Therefore Bradford is not considered to be truly a Muslim town. It is a place where people collected, but now you can see in Bradford and in other similar towns all of the corruptions like those that exist in rest of the society.
