Who will be the first person to be resurrected on the day of judgment?

Abu Hurayrah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

“I will be the leader of the sons of Adam on the Day of Resurrection, and the first one for whom the grave will be opened, and the first to intercede, and the first whose intercession will be accepted.” [1]

However special characteristics would be given to other prophets as well.

The Prophet (ﷺ) said,

“The people will fall down unconscious at the time when they should fall down (i.e., on the Day of Resurrection), and then I will be the first man to get up, and behold, Musa will be there holding onto the Throne. I will not know whether he has been amongst those who have fallen unconscious or not.” [2]

Every being will go out of existence and Allah will bring back everything to existence. Everything in this world would disappear leaving only Allah Almighty.
