Who does Allah guide?

Allah guides those who He knows would accept the truth if they were presented with it. So due to Allah's previous knowledge, the guidance and misguidance occurs. Both guidance and misguidance are attributed to Allah, as Allah Himself attributed both to Himself in many different places in the Qur'an.
