Media creates images and it seems the Muslims are losing this war against them. What do you think is the solution for the problem that we are in?

The only solution is for Muslims to develop independent media. Channels like Al Jazeera and others which are coming up now present the other side of the picture at least to a certain degree; this is exactly what has to be done. Muslims should have had satellite stations decades ago which would explain what their position is and what their struggles are, etc. but until media doesn’t remain or doesn’t get into our hands and we don’t play an active part in portraying our own perspective, we will always be subject to the whims of Western, Eastern or Non-Muslim media.
