Why do Muslims have unfair means of legislation whereas democracy is fair as it is a rule for the people by the people and of the people?
Firstly, can people really rule over a state? Does a single person pass the rule of democracy or is it law of the people? It is an ancient myth; people together do not make rules, even in so called democracy. Athens had democracy, in their society, slaves constituted above 50%. The rest of the society had males and females which numbered more and the percentage of people who could vote was only 20%. How can a state be claimed democratic if only 20% of the people vote on behalf of the majority? True democracy does not exist.
If it is argued that we vote and select our government, do the people actually impose a law which they want on the government?
If it is really so that you have your say in democracy, then is there any American who would reject the law of provision of free education from childhood up to graduation? Definitely not. Then how is it that law is not implemented if the country is democratic.
If it is argued that it is too expensive, Sudan provides free education from childhood to graduation. If Sudan can, why can’t America, the richest country of the world?
Secondly, morality is absent in a democratic state. The majority decide what is wrong and what is right. How is it possible that a thing becomes good or bad just by it being the opinion of the majorities? It is not true. It is a false system.
