Is the Rawda which is in front of the grave of Prophet Mohammed (ﷺ) a part of Paradise?

There is an area between the house of Prophet Mohammed (ﷺ) and his mimbar which is called Rawdatul Jannah. The narrations mentioning “What is between my grave and my mimbar is a garden of the gardens of paradise” is not authentic; the authentic narrations mention what is between my house and my mimbar.

Narrated Abu Hurrairah: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Between my house and my pulpit there is a garden from amongst the gardens of Paradise, and my pulpit is over my Lake-Fount."[1]

Some scholars have been of the opinion that this designated place is like paradise due to Allah’s mercy descending there and hence the fact that a person finds happiness and tranquility there; others have mentioned that the acts of worship done in the Rawda lead to Jannah, or that it literally is a part of Jannah.

Allah knows best.
