Can a person perform qadaa’ of a Salaah missed out of negligence?

In case a person delays performing Salaah out of laziness and meanwhile gets her menstruation, does she have to make up for the prayer once she is pure?

There is a difference of opinion concerning the qadaa’ Salaah that is based on the hukm or ruling of a person who misses prayer because of negligence. Some scholars are of the opinion that qadaa Salaah can be made in such a case because the missed Salaah is a debt that is due to Allah and must be paid. So, according to this view, there is scope for making qadaa’ and the woman must make up for the prayer when she becomes pure.
