Could you kindly differentiate between the two statements below on the day of ‘Arafah?
1. "Limited takbir starts from the Fajr prayer on the Day of ‘Arafah until the afternoon of the last day of the Days of Tashriq (11th, 12th, 13th Dhul Hajj)."
2. Ibn Taymiyah says: It is stated in the Sunnah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The Day of ‘Arafah, and the day of Sacrifice and the Days of Mina (days 11th, 12th, 13th of Dhul Hajj) are our feast."
The day of ‘Arafah is the 9th of Dhul Hajj, and the day of Sacrifice is the 10th of Dhul Hajj, which is the day for Eid al-Adha. These days are different from the days of Tashriq or the days of Mina which are the 11th, the 12th and the 13th of Dhul Hajj.
